Dan and Adele Anger started cleaning solutions in early 1998 to meet the needs of customers in the Central Indiana area.

Quality

cleaning solutions places a greater emphasis on making sure that the people we place in your building to clean it are energetic, self-motivated, and well-trained. We understand that a dedicated management staff - try as hard as they may - cannot make up the difference in service if the regular cleaning associates are indifferent.

Our methods to get the best people possible to work in your building include:

  • Careful, attentive interviewing

  • One-on-one orientation and thorough on-the-job training

  • A clear, understandable, written job description always available to the employees

  • Frequent and responsive supervision

  • The right tools for the job (equipment that works and effective supplies on hand)

  • A pleasant family atmosphere

  • Of course we use only materials, equipment, and chemicals of the highest quality, with names you probably know, such as Rubbermaid, Johnson Diversey, Spartan Chemical, Windsor, and Sanyo. We use only vacuum cleaners with disposable bags and filters (most with HEPA filters), and most have dual motors.

  • And we train our people to clean for healthfulness, not just for appearance!

     

Consistency

Retaining good employees is a big factor in consistency. cleaning solutions excels at retention of good employees because they sense how much we value them. They like the family atmosphere in our company and the feeling of being part of a winning team.

Consistency is also achieved by good supervision. We keep our management to employee ratio low so that supervisors can effectively manage their buildings.

And when we do need to start new employees, our organized, attentive one-on-one training strives to make the transition unnoticeable to our customer.

 

Management

We’ll manage the cleaning of your building. We recognize that caring for details like missed trashcans, empty dispensers, and dusty filing cabinets is our job, not yours. We want to prevent these kinds of problems, of course. But if they do occur, our management objective is to catch them and resolve them without you ever having to get involved.
