The focus of our company is providing a complete professional package of daily janitorial services to our customers, including trash removal, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping and mopping, and cleaning glass and restrooms.  But we tailor our job description to the individual needs of each customer—some want telephone receivers wiped or computer screens dusted, and others don’t.  Our company keeps its commitment to clean your facility as scheduled, regardless of whether our employees take off sick or on vacation!  We train and orient our new employees to your building;  that’s not your job—it’s ours!  Our management staff visits your facility regularly to ensure quality of service. We ensure that our employees have sufficient quantities of our “green” cleaning chemicals and know how to use them, that their equipment is in good condition and is being properly employed, and that our employees are correctly following our “green” and healthful cleaning procedures. We ensure that our chemicals, equipment, and cleaning practices are current or leading for the industry, and that they comply with OSHA and other government requirements.

Hard-Surface Floor Care

• Vinyl tile, linoleum, terrazzo, quarry tile, and other resilient and non-resilient floors need to be stripped and refinished annually or biannually, and scrubbed and refinished quarterly, depending on the traffic in your building.

• Our floorcare team stays busy keeping our regular customers looking good, as well as occasional floorcare customers who call for service as needed. We try to be as flexible as possible to meet your deadlines, but our guys are really good—so they are very much in demand! Their schedule stays filled one to three weeks in advance.

• We can burnish your resilient finished floors to restore the gloss and remove scuffs and scratches. Our 2500 rpm propane-powered buffer makes quick work of snapping back the shine on your floors!

• Many of our customers include their tile-floor care program in their monthly cleaning program, but others keep it separate, to respond to changes in traffic throughout the year or budget changes.

• Ceramic tile floors, often seen in restrooms, need periodic scrubbing with an acid cleaner, to remove hard-water build-up, smells, and grout discoloration. It is not recommended to apply floor finishes to ceramic floors.

• We use floor finishes and sealers made by Johnson Diversey, the industry leader in research and development for decades.

Carpet Care

• We use primarily hot-water extraction (steam-cleaning) to clean your carpets. If you have a heavy soil build-up or numerous stains, we can shampoo your carpet first, then rinse with hot-water extraction. We always pre-treat traffic lanes and any spots or stains.
